If you have your own team you will choose team registration. If you want to play as a free agent then choose Individual registration. Only the captain needs to register a team registration. If you are a free agent and we are unable to place you on a team, you will be refunded.

Waiver

Ultimate frisbee is a physically demanding sport which includes running, jumping, and changing directions. There is a risk of contact with other players and injuries could include sprains, bruises, contusions, concussions, broken bones, or even death.

By registering you accept the risks of the sport and assume liability for your injuries and to hold Cache Valley Ultimate and it’s volunteers free of liability.
