For Cache Valley only events, a USA Ultimate membership is not necessary. However, for most of our tournaments outside of the valley a USA Ultimate Membership is required.

Memberships are good for the calendar year – so if you purchase or renew in January, it will be good all of the way until December 31st of that same year. 

Sign up for an Account

1. If you don’t have a USA Ultimate Account, you can create one for free at on the USAU Membership Page:
   
   
2. Enter your date of birth: 
   
3. Fill out all of the required information:
   
4. Complete the “Waiver & Release of Liability” and “Infectious Disease Waiver”:
   

You now have a USA Ultimate account with your USAU Account ID# that you can find in the upper-right corner: 

Please email this number to your coach so that they can add yo to your team. Once they have added you, you will get an email to confirm that you are on that team that you can do from the My Pending Actions Page. 

Now that you have an account, you will need to sign up for a membership from the membership page click renew or purchase membership:

Now you will have to decide what membership to get: 

1. Affiliate Youth Membership: This is the one we usually recommend – it is good for most events in the state of Utah and costs $17 
2. Youth Membership: If you plan on playing in the D1 state tournament or national competitions, you need a full youth membership that costs $40. 

If you are unsure if you will need a full Youth Membership you can always start with the affiliate youth membership and then upgrade to a full membership later and you only have to pay the difference.

Below are the steps to sign up for an affiliate youth membership: 

1. Select membership level: Affiliate Player , select Utah, and then click “Continue”:
   

2. Scroll down to “Affiliate – Utah Ultimate Disc Association” UUDA and then click Next:
   

3. Review or Skip the “Spirit of Giving” page.

4. Complete the payment process.
