This league is a great place to make new friends and to learn to play Ultimate.

• Experienced players act as captains on teams and help teach the aspects of spirit of the game as well as game strategies.
• We try to keep families and friends together but free agents are also welcome.
• 9th grade and older only
• Mixed – males and females play together.
