Middle School

Cache Valley Kokanee, Grizzlies, and Scorch

Middle School aged teams are divided by where you live. There are 3 teams. 1 in the North, the Scorch, 1 that is Central, the Grizzlies, and 1 on the south end, the Kokanee.

The Kokanee, which serves Mountain Crest and Ridgeline boundaries, are led by veteran players and dynamic duo Mike and Keni Althouse.

Logan School district is coached by Salt Lake Shred and USU player Tony Mounga and Justin Smith.

Sky View and Green Canyon boundary players are coached by SV and GC alums Jaden and Renae Hull. This team is called the Scorch.

These teams are competitive teams that goes beyond just the middle school leagues that Cache Valley Ultimate organizes. They will compete against each other  and other middle school teams around the state as opportunities arise.

We hope to instill the principles of hard work and sportsmanship at early ages and hope this can help them in and outside of sports, throughout their lives. We believe the principles we play by are more important than the outcome of the games and that players should never compromise their integrity to try and win.
