Ultimate frisbee is a physically demanding sport which includes running, jumping, and changing directions. There is a risk of contact with other players and common injuries could be sprains, bruises, contusions, concussions or even broken bones.

By registering you accept the risks of the sport and assume liability for your injuries and to hold Cache Valley Ultimate and it’s volunteers free of liability.
