Tanner made the A team in spring and continued to develop and grow as a player and teammate. The A team placed 3rd in state that year. During his senior year, Tanner served as a captain and continued to grow as a player and teacher of the game during the fall league and for the travel team. He was selected as a captain for the A team during the spring season. The team had a great year and finished 3rd in state, beating the Krakens in their final game of the year.
