We run different divisions/leagues at different times during the year, so stay-tuned for a division that interests you.

We are constantly trying new things with our leagues to better meet the needs of the valley, so, leagues might look different year-to-year. Bear with us as we fine tune it, and if you have suggestions, we’d love to hear them.

In general:

• We run 1-2 month 7v7s ultimate leagues during the summer and fall.
• We run 3v3s (indoor) in the late fall and winter.
• We also host a variety of tournaments to promote different teams and highlight growth, learning, and ability in the valley.

Depending on the season, we will have any variety of these leagues:

• Competitive Adult (mixed: men and women)
• Recreational Adult (mixed: men, women, and high schoolers)
• Women’s
• High School
• Middle School (6th-8th Grade)
• Youth (3rd to 5th)
